Francisco Covarrubias

Si Francisco Covarrubias (sa Havana 1775 – 1850) ay isang Kubano na artista at dramatista na kilala bilang "ang ama ng Kubanong teatro". [1] Si Covarrubias ay kilala sa kasaysayan ng musika ng Cuba sa pamamagitan ng kanyang paglahok sa mga unang araw ng Cuban musical theater . Mayroon siyang memorial plaque sa National Theater of Cuba kung saan ipinangalan sa kanya ang pangalawang pinakamalaking auditorium, ang Covarrubias Hall.
