Ang pangalawang pangulo ng Cuba, na dating vice president of the Council of State sa pagitan ng 1976 at 2019, ay ang pangalawang pinakamataas na pampulitika na posisyon na makukuha sa [[Council of State] ng Cuba]]. Sa kasalukuyan ay mayroong probisyon para sa ilang bise presidente, na inihalal sa parehong paraan tulad ng presidente ng Cuba.
