Ang Lungsod ng Baguio ay kilala dahil sa kanyang katamtamang klima. Dahil sa kanyang taas, ang temperatura ng lungsod ay mas mababa ng 8 sentigrado kumpara sa temperatura sa mga mabababang lugar. Maburol ang kabuuan ng lungsod at ang kanyang mga lansangan ay ginawa ayon sa ayos ng lupa.

Ayon sa klasipikasyon ng klima ng Köppen, ang Baguio ay may isang subtropiko klima sa mataas na lugar (Cwb), malapit sa monsoon tropikal na klima (Am). Ang lungsod ay kilala para sa kanyang mapagpigil na klima.
