His role in '''Dyesebel''' garnered him the admiration of fans where he played alongside the biggest and most controversial star of 2008,'''Marian Rivera''' as Buboy, Dyesebel's bestfriend. Since then, "Buboy" as he is fondly called, was in a series of Primetime shows such as '''La Lola''' where he starred as the responsible "Buboy" alongside Jc de Vera. He won as Best Child Performer for the movie Shake,Rattle, and Roll X in the 2008 Metro Manila Film Festival.
