::::Yes, MRY definitely re IP addresses as noticed on the history of [[Usapang tagagamit:Iggy the Swan]]. If you have a look at the list of IP addresses listed on [https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Steward_requests/Global#Global_lock_for_User:Iggy_the_Swan_2021 this section of the meta page], by clicking on WHOIS links, the locations all point to the Phillipines where one LTA is from. ({{Ping|WayKurat}} knows more about MRY than other users.) But vandalism on the theme "Jonathan Field", "Harry Kirby" etc. is reserved for Mike Matthews17 and sock accounts. :::::Ahh thanks for clarifying. I was surprised because I‘d never seen Mike Matthews using IPs but since the IPs inserted the same text as the previous sockpuppets of Mike Matthews at the beginning, I automatically assumed they were his IPs. What a coincidence two LTA at the same time.
