Sinasabi rin nito na si Vishnu ang Kalahatlahatang essensiya ng lahat ng nilalang, ang maestro ng nakalipas, ngayon at kinabukasan, ang tagalikha at tagawasak ng lahat ng buhay, tagasuporta, tagapanatili at tagapamahala ng Sansinukob at pinangagagalingan at tagapagunlad ng lahat ng elementong napapaloob dito.
