Ito ang talaan ng mga naging emperador Romano ng Silangang Imperyong Romano:
Ang talaan na ito ay nagsimula kay Constantine I ang Dakila, ang unang Kristyanong emperador na naghari sa Constantinople. Lahat ng mga Emperador Bizantino ay itinuring ang sarili bilang Emperador ng Roma (Imperator Romanum)[1]
Ang titulo ng lahat ng mga emperador bago kay Heraclius ay AGUSTO o AUGUSTUS pero minsan ding ginagamit ang ibang titulo tulad ng Dominus.
