baguhinItinatag ang Subic Broadcasting Corporation noong Hulyo 29, 1969, sa pamamagitan ng DWGO (1550 kHz) na binansagang "Radio on the Go". Noong Marso 20, 1996, inilunsad ng SBC ang DWOK (97.5 mHz). Hindi nagtagal at nakakuha ang SBC ng prangkisa para pasukin ang telebisyon at palawigin ang operasyon nito sa radyo sa buong bansa. Noong Enero 2011, inilunsad ng SBC ang DWAB (TV 22), ang kauna-unahang libreng TV channel sa lungsod ng Olongapo. Sa unang bahagi ng taong 2013, naging kaanib ito ng TV5.
