The Flaming Lips
The Flaming Lips ay isang Amerikanong banda ng musikang rock na nabuo noong 1983 sa Lungsod ng Oklahoma, Oklahoma. Ang grupo ay naitala ang ilang mga album at EP sa isang indie label, Restless, noong 1980s at unang bahagi ng 1990s. Matapos lumagda sa Warner Brothers, pinakawalan nila ang kanilang unang tala sa Warner, Hit to Death in the Future Head (1992). Kalaunan ay pinakawalan nila ang The Soft Bulletin (1999), na Album ng Taon ng NME magazine, at pagkatapos ay si Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots (2002).
