Ang Tennessee ay isang estado na matatagpuan sa Katimugang Estados Unidos. May 346 na mga nasapi (o nainkorporadang) munisipalidad sa estado. Ang mga munisipalidad sa ay itinakda bilang mga "lungsod" o "bayan", subalit walang pagkakaiba ang mga ito kung ibabatay sa batas ng estado. Magmula noong 2010, 3,564,494 na mga katao, o mga higit sa 56% ng kabuuang populasyon ng estado na 6,346,105, ay nakatira sa mga munisipalidad. Ang natitira ay nakatira sa mga hindi nasaping pook.[1]
Ilan sa mga munisipalidad sa Tennessee ay tinawag na mga "lungsod" ("cities") at ang iba naman ay tinawag na mga "bayan" ("towns").[2] Ang mga katawagang ito ay walang ligal na kahalagahan sa Tennessee[3] at hindi magkaugnay sa populasyon, petsa ng pagtatatag, o uri ng kartang munisipalidad.
