Ang Pangalawang Pangulo ng Estados Unidos ng Amerika ay ang puno ng estado at puno ng pamahalaan ng Estados Unidos. Nalikha ang tanggapan ng Pangalawang Pangulo sa pamamagitan ng konstitusyon ng Estados Unidos noong 1788.
