Si Amapola Cabase (ipinanganak 3 Nobyembre 1948) ay isang Mang-aawit at isa ring artista na sumikat noong maagang dekada '70. Una siyang nakita sa pelikulang Plaza Miranda, isang produksiyon nang kapuwa niyan artista - Gloria Sevilla. Sinundan ito nang Tagalog Ilang-Ilang Production ng Mr. Lonely kasama si Victor Wood kung saan katriyanggulo niya si Dhjoanna Garcia noong 1971 sa isang pelikulang tungkol sa pag-ibig at kasikatan, ang Mr. Lonely (film) na pinangunahan ni Victor Wood. Ito rin ay sinundan nang isang Valentine Presentation nang TIIP - You Are My Destiny na pinangunahan din ni Amapola at Victor Wood.
