Basketbol sa Palaro ng Timog Silangang Asya
Ang basketbol ay isang opisyal na larangan ng palakasan sa Palaro ng Timog Silangang Asya mula taong 1977.
Ang larangang ito ay dinomina ng Pilipinas maliban sa edisyong 1979 at 1989 nang manalo ang Malaysia, edisyong 2005 kung saan hindi ginanap ang labanan ng basketball sa kadahilanang suspendido ng FIBA ang Pilipinas[1]at edisyong 2009 na ginanap sa Laos.

baguhin* The 2005 men's basketball tournaments were originally scheduled to be held at the Ynares Center in Antipolo City Province of Rizal, while the women's tournaments were to be held at the Blue Eagle Gym in Quezon City. Both Final Games were to be held at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
