Ang Karagatanan o Oseaniya (Ingles: Oceania) ay ang pangalan na ginagamit sa heograpiya para sa rehiyon na binubuo ng Australia, New Zealand, New Guinea, at iba pang mga islang bansa na paloob dito. Ang ibang tao ay tinatawag ang bahaging ito ng mundo bilang Australasia. Para sa iba, ito ay itunuturing kasama sa lupalop ng Australasia.
