Ang gobernador (Ingles: governor [lalaki], governoress [babae]) ay ang pinuno ng isang lalawigan na mas mataas ang katungkulan kaysa alkalde ng isang lungsod. Gobernadora ang tawag sa babaeng ang pinuno ng isang lalawigan o asawa ng gobernador.
